Erasmus+ KA131 Staff Mobility Additional Grant Opportunity

Dear staff,

It is planned to include five (5) personnel in the mobility from the unused grants within the scope of our university's Erasmus+ KA131 2023 Project budget. In this context, grants will be allocated to 5 personnel whose applications are valid and who are on the reserve list in our 2023 Project Personnel Mobility announcements. The principles regarding the additional grant process are stated below:

The grant will be made based on the score ranking on the reserve list.
The personnel who want to benefit from the grant must submit a signed and stamped acceptance letter (on the institution's letterhead) received from the institution where the mobility will take place to our office by the end of business hours on May 22, 2025.
The acceptance letter must include the dates of the mobility and the mobility must be completed by July 31, 2025 at the latest.
At the end of the application period, instead of the reserve candidates who are in a higher rank but do not submit an acceptance letter, the personnel who are in a lower rank and submit a valid acceptance letter may be granted a grant.

This announcement is presented to the information of all personnel on the reserve list, and the relevant dates and conditions are final and cannot be changed.
