Preliminary Results for the 2026 Project Year Erasmus+ KA131 Student Learning Mobility Call
The published list regarding the 2026 Project Year Erasmus+ KA131 Student Learning Mobility applications is only a preliminary evaluation list. The Erasmus+ grant to be allocated to our university under the 2026 project year has not yet been announced by the Turkish National Agency. Therefore, the current placements and quota situations are not final.
After the final grant amount to be allocated to our university is announced, candidates currently on the reserve list or without a grant may also be placed in the main quota. In this context, changes in the rankings and statuses in the current list are possible.
It is important to note that being in the main quota does not guarantee receiving a grant. Grant distribution will be carried out in accordance with the final budget allocated to our university by the Turkish National Agency.
During the application evaluation process, candidates applying within the same department/program were first evaluated among themselves, and quotas were allocated to the students with the highest scores in that department/program. Subsequently, all remaining applications were re-evaluated according to the overall ranking, and placements were made to candidates in accordance with the available quotas.
Furthermore, the published estimated preliminary evaluation list was prepared taking into account the grant allocation data from previous years.
Candidates wishing to appeal the preliminary evaluation results can send their appeal letters to uidpk@bakircay.edu.tr via email between May 22-29, 2026. The final results will be announced after the grant allocated to our University by the Turkish National Agency is announced.
The procedure and timeline for the waiver process have not yet been finalized and will be shared separately in the final results announcement.
