2025 Project Year Erasmus+ Girişim İzmir Consortium Student Traineeship Mobility Grant Evaluation Announcement
Students who are currently on the reserve list or the main list without grant support within the scope of the 2025 Project Year Erasmus+ Girişim İzmir Consortium Student Traineeship Mobility and have obtained an internship acceptance letter are required to contact our Coordination Office in order to be considered for grant allocation.
Students wishing to participate in the grant evaluation process must inform our Coordination Office by sending their acceptance letters to uidpk@bakircay.edu.tr.
Grant allocation will be carried out based on the submitted acceptance letters. The evaluation will be conducted according to the applicants' ranking scores, and grants will be awarded within the limits of the available consortium budget.
Evaluation Criteria
- Grant allocation will be based on the applicants' ranking scores.
- Priority will be given to students who have not previously received an Erasmus+ grant for either study or traineeship mobility.
- Students who have previously withdrawn from an Erasmus+ mobility after being selected will not be eligible for this grant evaluation process.
- Grant allocation is subject to the availability of funds within the consortium budget.
Mobility Schedule
The 2025 Project Year Erasmus+ Girişim İzmir Consortium Project will end on 30 July 2027.
Therefore, students must complete their mobility by 30 July 2027 at the latest. In accordance with Erasmus+ rules, traineeships must last for a minimum of 60 days. Accordingly, students are strongly advised to plan the start of their traineeship no later than between 25 and 30 May 2027.
Important Notes
- Students who are continuing their studies during the academic semester, particularly those planning to undertake their mobility as part of a mandatory internship, must consult their Faculty Internship Commission, Departmental Erasmus Coordinator, and the relevant academic units and obtain the necessary academic approvals before obtaining an internship acceptance letter.
- Students are responsible for planning their mobility in a way that allows it to be completed within the project duration.
